Indian Software Hiring, Week 10 of 2026
The Indian software job market as Ingrid measured it in this week. This page was rebuilt from our archive rather than frozen at the time: it counts exactly the postings we had analysed by the end of that week, grouped the way we classify them today.

How to read this. The four figures at the top count the week itself — 1–7 March 2026 — the postings and employers that entered the data in it. The rankings are recomputed from that same archive: each is a share of postings over the four weeks ending 28 February 2026, and the change column compares it with a month earlier, in percentage points. The two periods differ on purpose — a week is only counted once it has closed, so the rankings run to the week before this one. Every figure is derived from parsed Indian software job postings. Skill rankings are not shown for rebuilt weeks: a skill figure counts what our extractor recognises as that skill, and unlike the postings themselves that classification has since changed — so any number we showed here would no longer mean what it said.
