Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ingrid (ingrid.fyi), operated by Gridilytic (OPC) Private Limited, based in Bangalore, India ("Ingrid", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a paid product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Ingrid provides

Ingrid is a career intelligence service. It includes:

• Market-awareness pages, free to read.
• A CV radar that maps your skills against software profiles, free to use after you sign in.
• A paid personalized roadmap built from your radar and the targets you set.

The figures and analysis on Ingrid are informational. They describe patterns in software job postings. They are not a guarantee of employment, salary, or any specific outcome, and they are not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Your account

Some features require you to sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Ingrid's content or data at scale without our permission.
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes the rights of others.

Paid product

The personalized roadmap is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. The price and what is included are shown to you at checkout before you pay. Once you complete payment, your roadmap is generated automatically.

Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By paying, you also agree to the payment processor's terms. We do not receive or store your full card details. You agree to pay the amount shown at checkout for the product you purchase.

Refunds

Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Ingrid, including its content, analysis, design, and software, is owned by Gridilytic (OPC) Private Limited and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own career decisions. The radar and roadmap we generate for you are for your personal use. You retain ownership of the CV and information you provide.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the analysis or of any third-party data. Hiring markets change, and postings can be incomplete or out of date. You remain responsible for your own career decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingrid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. [Liability cap and carve-outs to be confirmed by counsel.]

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. You may stop using Ingrid at any time.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
