What this policy covers

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for the paid product on Ingrid (ingrid.fyi), operated by Gridilytic (OPC) Private Limited. The paid product is the personalized roadmap, a one-time digital purchase.

Refunds

The roadmap is generated automatically as soon as your payment succeeds. Because it is a personalized digital product that is produced for you on purchase, it is not refundable once it has been generated.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before your roadmap is generated and we will look into it.

Cancellation

The roadmap is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing recurring to cancel, and no auto-renewal.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails but you were still charged, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your payment reference. Where we confirm a duplicate or erroneous charge for which no roadmap was generated, we will arrange a refund of the affected amount through the original payment method.

How to raise a billing issue

Email support@ingrid.co.in with your account email and the payment reference, or use the Contact page. We will acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable time.
