Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

Ingrid (ingrid.fyi), operated by Gridilytic Pvt. Ltd., sells digital products. There is no physical shipment, and no shipping charges apply. Everything is delivered electronically within the service.

What you receive and when

• The radar is generated shortly after you upload your CV, and appears on your radar page once processing finishes.
• A personalized roadmap is generated for you after purchase, and appears in your account within minutes of a successful payment.

How delivery is confirmed

Your roadmap appears on your account on Ingrid when it is ready, and we send a notification to the email associated with your account letting you know it is available.

If something does not arrive

If your roadmap has not appeared within an hour of a successful payment, contact support@ingrid.fyi with your account email, or use the Contact page, and we will resolve it.
