Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

Ingrid (ingrid.fyi), operated by Gridilytic (OPC) Private Limited, sells a digital product. There is no physical shipment, and no shipping charges apply. Everything is delivered electronically within the service.

What you receive and when

• The radar is generated shortly after you upload your CV, and appears on your radar page once processing finishes.
• The personalized roadmap is built after purchase. Building includes an automated step and a short human review, so it is delivered electronically, typically within 24 hours of payment.

How delivery is confirmed

Your roadmap appears on your account on Ingrid when it is ready, and we send a notification to the email associated with your account letting you know it is available.

If something does not arrive

If your roadmap has not appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact support@ingrid.co.in with your account email, or use the Contact page, and we will resolve it.
