What's changing

The public service without a queue.

Aadhaar, UPI and DigiLocker work as shared rails that any public service can run on, so a citizen can get a service without visiting an office. AI models now let people ask for a service by voice, in their own language. Governments are cautious buyers; the open question is how far they will let AI models decide, not just answer.
