Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ingrid.fyi, operated by Gridilytic Pvt. Ltd., based in Bangalore, India ("Ingrid", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a pass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Ingrid provides

Ingrid explains India's software hiring trends, by role and by employer, from the job postings themselves. It includes:

• Pages anyone can read without signing in.
• A free account, made by signing in with Google, which opens every page in full for five minutes at a time, at most once an hour.
• Passes, which open every page in full for a fixed time.

The figures and analysis on Ingrid are informational. They describe patterns in software job postings. They are not a guarantee of employment, salary or any specific outcome, and they are not professional, legal or financial advice.

Your account

Some features require you to sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute Ingrid's content or data at scale without our permission.

Passes

A pass opens every page on the site in full for a fixed time: 48 hours, 30 days or 365 days. Each pass is paid once. It is not a subscription and does not renew by itself, and we store nothing that could charge you again. The price and the length of each pass are shown on the membership page and before you pay. A pass starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Buying a pass while another is live adds its time to the end of the current one.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. You agree to pay the amount shown before you pay for the pass you choose.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are set out in the Refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Ingrid, including its content, analysis, design and software, is owned by Gridilytic Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own career decisions.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the analysis or of any third-party data. Hiring markets change, and postings can be incomplete or out of date. You remain responsible for your own career decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingrid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. You may stop using Ingrid at any time.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
