ingrid.fyi, operated by Gridilytic Pvt. Ltd., sells passes: access to every page on the site for a fixed time. There is no physical shipment, and no shipping charges apply. Everything is delivered online, on ingrid.fyi.

What you receive and when

A pass starts as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds. The page you paid from then opens in full, and every page on the site stays open to you until the pass ends. Read while signed in with the Google account you bought the pass with.

How delivery is confirmed

We email a receipt to the email address of your Google account, with the pass you bought and when it ends. Razorpay also emails you its own payment confirmation.

If something does not arrive

If your pass has not started within 5 minutes of a successful payment, email support@ingrid.fyi with your account email and the payment reference, and we will resolve it.
