Two companies covered mainly in other Market Segments deliver what the doctor orders in the consultation:
An online consultation now starts with an AI. It asks about the patient's symptoms and history, and suggests what kind of doctor is needed. India's national digital health mission, the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, also gives each patient a health ID, called the ABHA number. With the patient's consent, records can be linked to it. The frontier is the patient whose history travels with them from app to app.
